Sam Cooke left school and went to college to study Physics, chemistry, Biology, Psychology. I was going to do BioChemistry at uni but realised I didn't want to end up doing a job in that field (im even yawning as Im writing this, ha). So I packed up my lab coat and moved to london to do an access course to do a degree in architecture. Big change I know but i was always good at art and design and was pretty good at maths so it made sense. anyway, the next chapter in my life (the best chapter). I decided to send of a picture of myself to the sun newspaper to be entered in their page 3 idol competition. It wasn't my life long dream to become a model but people had suggested it and it seemed pretty cool. In December 2006 I got a call to tell me I'd WON!!!! What a wicked christmas present ey! I decided to leave my studies behind for a while. After all I can always go back to uni when my time in the modeling world is over. Im now officially a page 3 girl for the sun and have appeared in Zoo, Nuts, FHM, Loaded, Maxim etc. I shot 15 covers last year and a 2008 calendar which was shot in Ibiza and was a complete success. Peta Todd 12/8/1986 was working as a trainee hairdresser in her native Essex when she was spotted as a potential Page 3 superstar by an eagle-eyed member of The Sun team. From a very young age I knew I wanted to be an entertainer. I always enjoyed making people smile as I danced around in my little ballerina outfits and put on shows for my family. Growing up was sometimes hard, we didnt have a lot and I grew up in a very strict family (although I always found it easy to twist my father round my little finger!) I have 5 brothers and two little sisters and being third from eldest I felt I had a responsibility and wanted them to look up to me. We grew up in a 'not so great' area in Birmingham, but as kids we loved it - everyone knew everybody else and parks etc. were right on our doorstep. I have two dogs, Charlie and Lulu.
